Vintage 80s/90s Arctic Wear insulated windbreaker racing jacket in black with neon green color blocking. The zipper works in reverse as well, so the jacket can be worn reversible with the quilted black lining layer on the outside (however, there is a tag sewn in on the upper back of that side - see back photo). In person, the neon green is a bit more vibrant than it appears in the photos (the final close up photo taken with an iPhone shows the color more accurately).
